This hotel was a hidden gem in a stunning location near a frozen lake. The rooms with the frozen lake view were breathtaking and worth every penny. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the basic amenities provided to the delicious breakfast served each morning.

We had a fantastic time at this charming traditional Japanese resort hotel. the location near the lake was breathtaking, with views of frozen lakes and snow-covered landscapes. the rooms were clean and spacious, with huge windows to make the most of the stunning views. the food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and polite. the Onsen was amazing, especially the outdoor one, and we even enjoyed renting boats and canoes to explore the lake.

The hotel building was old and worn-out. Our room was too hot and dry, and the pillows were too hard. The wifi was not available on our floor, and the laundry facility in the hotel was run down and in a creepy location. The location was isolated and inconvenient if you are not interested in activities in the area.
